We highly recommend visiting the Kozłówka palace with its opulent
interiors and the unique gallery of socialist-realist art.
Another charming place not to be missed is Zamość, the ideal
Renaissance city, and the pristine natural beauty of the
surrounding Roztocze region is balm for a weary soul.

However, Lublin is not all about history! The Old Town and the modern city centre are full
of cosy pubs and cafés where you can taste superb Polish beer, including the local
brand called Perła, or choose from a selection of wines and liquors, and often

Getting hungry? Make yourself comfortable at one of the numerous restaurants where you can savour the
traditional Polish, Jewish or Mediterranean cuisine.
If you don't have much time or money to spare, there is a wide selection
of bars (with salads and other vegetarian dishes),
fast-food joints and kebab places.
